We've had the pleasure of working with a very neat company down in Turner Valley called Eau Claire Distillery. They make great products, and are lead by some great people, and have put their faith in us to capture what they are doing. Eau Claire uses traditional farming methods, using draft horses and old farm machines, to sow, harvest, and prepare the grain for their whisky. But, better to leave it to the video to tell that story!
